Sizes are typically based on the insert or pass size you need to display. The wallet itself is made slightly larger so inserts slide in neatly. If you’re working to a non-standard insert, custom sizes are available and subject to minimum order quantities.

If you have a non-standard insert size, unusual layout, or special requirement, custom-made lanyard wallets can be produced to match your specifications. These are typically subject to minimum order quantities. Share your insert dimensions and orientation and we’ll advise the most sensible route.

Often yes, but laminated cards can be thicker and slightly larger than the nominal size. If you’re laminating, allow a bit of tolerance and tell us the finished size and thickness so we can recommend a wallet that won’t be a wrestling match at registration.
