Which parts of your lanyard are customisable?

Pick the strap that suits how it’ll be worn: smooth and bright for full-colour print, more textured for a premium feel, plus the right width for legibility. Length can be set so badges sit comfortably at chest height. A common lanyard size is generally W20mm L900mm.

Your logo can repeat along the full length, sit in clean blocks, or run edge-to-edge depending on the look you’re after. We’ll advise on single vs double-sided print, spacing, and keeping important details away from the clip ends.

If brand consistency matters (and it usually does), we can work from Pantone/CMYK/RGB references and recommend the print route that holds colour best. We’ll also flag any realistic limits up front, rather than surprising you at the delivery stage.

We offer tiered bulk pricing on all our custom lanyards. That means the unit price drops as quantities increase because setup and production are spread across more lanyards. If you’re ordering for multiple sites or departments, we can price it as one batch and split delivery.

Not only can we match and existing spec, in many instances we can improve it. If you send us the key details (design, width, attachment, print style), we can quote like-for-like or suggest improvements where the current setup causes twisting, wear, or breakages.

We’ll supply a proof so you can check layout, logo placement, and readability. At extra cost we can even supply you with an an example. It’s the easiest way to avoid surprises, especially with small text, repeating patterns, or brand marks near the ends.

For additional cost our design team can create your artwork for you. If you have a logo file and brand colours, we can help set it up for lanyard print and advise what will reproduce cleanly. For complex files, we’ll tell you what’s needed rather than winging it.

Lead times depend on the print method, fittings, and quantity. Generally it is a few weeks from artwork approval. If you have a fixed event date, tell us early and we’ll recommend the fastest sensible option and confirm timelines before you commit.
