Shipping policy

Local pick-up

We do not generally allow for customers to pick orders up locally. There may be some exemptions from this policy however it would need to be pre-arranged and by appointment only.


We use different carriers depending on the weight of your order. Doing so allows us to keep our shipping costs competitive. Most orders are sent first class using APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Cost are calculated by weight and the most competitive carrier assigned to your order.

Within the UK

We deliver to all locations within the UK. Delivery costs are based on weight. In some instances you may qualify for free shipping. We aim to deliver as quickly as a cost effectively as possible.

Outside the UK

At the time of writing we only ship inside of the UK. Prior to Brexit we did ship to all EU countries, however it has not been viable for us to continue offering this service.

If you are outside the UK and require shipping please contact us and we will assess the viability of your request. Existing customers will also be affected by this.

Lost items

If you order becomes missing in the post please contact us immediately. All orders are send by recorded delivery so you will have a tracking code that will show where it was last located. Respective carriers will have their own policies for dealing with lost packages.
