Refund policy

Items damaged in transit

Should your order become damaged in transit we ask you contact us immediately. We may require photographic proof of the damage so we can correctly apportion blame to either the delivery company or ourselves.

If a portion of the items is damaged we will attempt to fulfil the order. If this is not possible we will consult with you on the best route forward to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the service we have provided.

There may also be scope for a partial refund or credit towards a future order.

Changing your mind

As you will be aware, the products we provide are customised to order. As a result it is not possible to refund you once your order has been confirmed and your proof signed off.

Quality control

Should you be unhappy with the quality of customisation you are free to contact us with your concerns. If we agree the quality falls short we will discuss with you on a route forward such as replacing the items. In our 15+ years in business this has never been an issue and we don’t expect it to become one.


If your items are as expected we do not allow returns under any circumstances. All rights to returning your products are waived at the point of proof sign off.
