With custom products it’s often not easy to provide very short run order quantities. If you wish to order a very specific custom product or quantity please call us and we’ll do our very best to accommodate.
Minimum order quantities.
With custom products such as silicone, Tyvek wristbands or Lanyards our minimum order quantity is set at 100. For Fabric wristbands the minimum is set at 250
Currently it is not possible to produce order quantities of less than 100. If you require less than 100 we will still have to produce and charge for 100.

Our Printed Lanyards are printed full colour using a process called dye sublimation print. This allows for tonal colours (blending of colours (i.e. images), complex designs to be produced which cannot be replicated in screen printed Lanyards due to the requirement of palette (pantone matched) colours. Lanyards have many uses and have been used for many years in the events industry, office environment and even weddings.

Artwork Specification
AI vector (preferred) or layered files in PSD format (minimum resolution 300 dpi) with output in PDF or EPS.
A 1.5mm bleed extending top & bottom beyond your lanyard width (i.e. 15mm width with bleed 18mm) in CMYK colour files. Lanyards widths, 15, 20, 25mm x 900mm in length.

Logo's or artwork must be provided in high resolution (min 300dpi) or they cannot be used. Web images are usually not high resolution.

We understand you want your order as quickly as possible and whilst we will be working to make this happen here are some useful guidelines to help you understand how we operate.
General production times.
Production times are approximately 2-3 weeks from when you place your order. This depends on the quantity and level of customisation of your requirement.
If we think it may take longer we will call you and let you know.
Fast turnaround.
Although our guideline lead times are 2-3 weeks, in some instances we can offer you a faster turnaround service. If you have a "must have by date" please contact us with your dates and we will do our best to ensure your purchase is delivered by the requested date.

For shipping we only charge the absolute minimum to get your purchase delivered to you safely and promptly. If you have a specific courier in mind, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
VAT and delivery charges will be added at the checkout. Orders up-to 1000 wristbands for example can expect to pay £15.00 - 18.00 for mainland UK delivery.
Shipping to countries outside Mainland UK
We ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe. Please email for costs. .Courier service.
We use APC Overnight which has a delivery network of more than 115 depots across the UK. Once your order is complete we will send you an email notification that your purchase is in transit and it will be delivered the next day.
Free shipping.
Unfortunately we cannot provide free shipping for small orders. We do however do our utmost to bring you the best prices possible for all our promotional products.
